What Lori Davies, Director, loves most about being an organizer and move manager is the satisfaction of making a positive difference in someone's life.

Lori has tamed paper piles, brought order to entire households, and helped multi-generational families manage the challenges of life.  As the mom of 2, Lori knows how easy it can be for kids and their things to dominate a family's lifestyle. She also understands the emotions involved in decluttering 30 years of memories.

She holds a B.S. in Athletic Training and a Teaching Certificate in P.E. and Health from Boise State University. Lori uses her 10+ years of experience working in a physical rehabilitation hospital, teaching, and coaching to help her clients through their challenges with much empathy.

Rochelle Lierz DeLong, Founder and President, has a wide-range of experience helping people organize their lives and minds. She teaches that, "Organizing is very practical and tangible, and has an immediate effect. It is the cornerstone of making the progress you want in your life."

Rochelle started Perfect Order in 2001. She knows that her client's path is their own, not hers, and she is careful to listen for their needs and watch their pace as a guide while she works. Over the years of organizing with her clients, she has watched as the organizing work takes hold and spreads across all parts of their lives.

A common theme she sees is when people hold others' standards up against their life. An phrase she established early on in her business to help her client realize their own standards for organizing is "Perfect order is what's perfect for you."
