What matters most

In a previous blog, I talked about Having It All. A large part of figuring out how to do that is to first decide what is important to you. For some this is easy, for others, not so much. Creating a list is usually a good way to get your thoughts onto something concrete and easily re-iterated without the prospect of changing your mind over and over again based on your daily caffein or chocolate intake. Keeping a running list can help you to see what was once important (boys) to what is now a priority (sleep).

Here is just one way to begin your journey of rediscovering your values and priorities to what is really important in your life.
